Forms & Submissions

Build forms with 28 field types, share them via public links, and manage submissions with approval workflows.

Form Builder

  • Navigate to Forms -> + New Form to create a form.
  • Drag and drop fields from the field palette on the right.
  • 28 field types covering text, number, contact, date, choice, file, signature, layout, and entity-link inputs.
  • Configure validation (required, min/max, regex), conditional logic (show/hide based on other fields), and placeholder text.
  • Preview the form before publishing.

Publishing and Sharing

  • Publish - Toggle the form to published status. This creates a FORM table to store submissions.
  • Share Link - Copy the public share URL. Anyone with the link can submit the form (no login required).
  • Embed - Use the provided iframe code to embed the form in external websites.
  • Unpublish - Hides the form from public access. Existing submissions are preserved.

Managing Submissions

  • All submissions appear in the Submissions section, filterable by form and status.
  • Each submission can be Approved or Rejected by an admin.
  • Submission data is also stored as rows in the form's backing table.
  • Click a submission to view the full response, including file attachments.

Field Types

Text & contact: Short Text, Long Text (textarea), Email, Phone, Website URL, Sensitive Text. Number: Number, Currency, Rating. Choice: Select (dropdown), Multi-Select, Radio, Checkbox, Yes/No, Country. Date & time: Date, Time, Date & Time. File & signature: File Upload, Signature. Layout: Heading, Paragraph, Divider. Advanced: Document Embed, Scratchpad (free-form notes), Table Fill (rows into a referenced table), Entity (link a single CRM entity), Entity Multi (link multiple CRM entities).
